These collars are of a "single loop" design and  are suitable for all breeds of dog but are especially designed for sighthounds (greyhound, saluki, lurcher, wolfhound whippet etc) as a tag or house collar.  They expand to fit over the head, then adjust back down to fit your dog using the metal slider.

Made from sturdy nylon webbing, they are carefully wrapped with a lining fabric (usually cotton blend) and then the decorative fabric, and finished with sturdy metal fittings to create both a beautiful and comfortable item for your dog. Silver Peacock is careful to ensure that all webbing is covered to stop rubbing and chaffing of delicate necks!

These collars designed to hold your pet's i.d. tags, and it is advised that they are not used for taking your dog for a walk etc.  However it's important that your dog has ID on them "just in case" something happens, and these collars are a perfect and stylish solution for around the house and garden.

We carefully source the best fabrics for these collars from all over the world, to bring you an amazing range of styles and types including Chinese satin brocade, Indian Sari, and designer printed cottons (including Kaffe Fassett designs). Please also note that these fabrics and trims are purchased in very small quantities, so that each design is an extremely limited edition.
